Coupon Mania

I never thought I would become my mother but the day has finally come. I sit here going through the weekly newspaper ads and I am currently cutting coupons and planning which stores to visit to pick up certain items. I used to tease my mother so bad for how doing the grocery shopping took half the day and now, I have become her.

Grocery stores have been doing this for years. They mark down certain items so well, that you feel that you almost have to go there to purchase it or you will too much anywhere else. So this is what I do for half of a day on my weekend, the amazing groceries race as my kids call it.

I have shorten my shopping though by plot out my course and by having my kids focused on certain items so that we can making the best use of our time. Oh, how did I become like this. :)
